Over the last 3 years, Carole has been "undoing" what the world taught her and now, through the power of the Holy Spirit, is able to share this knowledge with YOU- saving you years and $1000's of dollars- to give you a clear roadmap to serve God and develop leaders for His army as a certified IPD Coach.

1 year program designed to help you build your coaching business step by step- and start earning while you learn!
Accelerated program for Coach Carole's coaching clients of more than 6 months
All training is personal, (one-on-one) and adapted to your learning style. Coach Carole will personally teach you and mentor you throughout the program and beyond!
Once certified, your business and profile will be added to the IPD Coaching Team Page and those visiting the site will be able to choose the coach best suited for them!

Coach Carole Mendoza
Certified Christian Leadership Performance Coach, Trainer & Speaker
After more than 30 years of accomplishments in sales and education, Carole Mendoza realized her passion for helping leaders to achieve their goals and discover their purpose. She founded IPD Coaching, LLC in 2019 and published the book, “The All-In Paragon, Living a Life by God’s Design” in 2021.
Her mission is to serve God, serve others, make a difference, and change lives by coaching and training a faith-based paradigm shift that leads to quantum leap success and unstoppable flow.
Carole has a master's degree in education, completed coursework for a doctoral degree in educational leadership, is a certified Christian Leadership Performance coach and a member of the John Maxwell leadership certified team. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother and works out of her home in Pooler, Ga.
